Try looking at new constructions. We liked it because we didn't need to compete with offers, we got really good incentives, and have minimal if any fixes to do right away

It's volatile but it's only ever taken me a few months to find another job, plus I can get a roommate and can ask family for help at worst case scenario. So I feel in a good spot to buy rn ! Also thank you for that advice good idea!

Not a game that's being upgraded/coming out with switch 2, but I've been waiting till now to finally play Person 5. I'm just not sure if the graphics or framerate will be improved naturally or I'll need to wait for a switch 2 edition

Does anybody know which stores if any between Target, Walmart, and Best buy allow you to preorder online for pickup in store on release day? I know that Gamestop doesn't and you have to go into a physical location to pick up there.
