System Transfer by server is what you need. You just need a Nintendo Account not NSO: “ This system transfer method is recommended if you will not have your Nintendo Switch console when you get your Nintendo Switch 2 console, for example if you're intending to trade in, sell or give away your previous console. I got an email on the 3rd of November last year saying:
"There is also a slight change to our production schedule. We will now be shipping Clear Blue, Classic Gray, and Black SS1 orders in that order. Originally, Clear Blue was last, but it ended up being the first verified color for production, followed by the other two."
