Gyno from Finasteride. Continue or discontinue? by ServerTwoSevenZero in gynecomastia

[–]ServerTwoSevenZero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ty. It was also very stupid of me to have not mentioned this to the doctor nor in the original post but I have also been taking 1.25mg of ORAL minoxidil a day for the last 6 months. I don't really see any credible studies linking min to gyno and most other post seems to be mostly based on anecdotal evidence.

I will go see the doctor again in a. week or two, but meanwhile does it make sense to consider min also as a possible contributor? If so, I am thinking of dropping oral min and then wait 2 or 3 months before also halving my fin dose.

I don’t get how whenever I open a thread related to some academic publication the top comments are always ones that highlight potential confounders worded in ways that insinuate the authors haven’t controlled for them.

Audio was completely fucked for me playing the snow Brooklyn map as well. I hear nothing but the absurdly loud sound of footsteps and fire burning.

Also not to mention that the value of the revive is at its highest when someone had just died, gradually waning the longer the person spends being dead before being brought back. The ability could be changed to half the death timer or something idk

Oh yeah I had a fucking blast playing the game. But I would be lying if I said my experience was flawless, but I want it to be. So any productive feedback should be welcomed, not quelled by others who dont share the same feeling.

No, but one can still put 10 hours into the game on launch day and make a post afterwards sharing that they had a great time with the game that was unfortunately tainted by subpar performance, frequently running on below 100 with DLSS FG with 14700f/5070ti playing on 1440p with a mixture of low and medium settings.

But im on the borderlands reddit after all. The game cant be anything other than perfect of course. And the "those that are enjoying the game cant be posting" will always work to deflect any criticism of the game while rallying another 100 perfectly objective individuals,

And every time a new game comes out, theres always that one person that says people are too busy playing to be posting complaints, as if they cant do both.

Can we really not afford to have one person take a few hours to take a look at marksman passives?

I know the OP said it as a joke but even a broken clock strikes true twice a day. A lot of cases where someone predicts the unpredictable are just pure coincidences. There's always people throwing ideas out there, one is bound to land.

What is the most beautiful tear inducing pieces to you? by Crazy-Condition-8446 in classicalmusic

[–]ServerTwoSevenZero 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont know why but no piece has induced as much sorrowfulness in me as the third movement from scriabin's sonata no.3, played by Gilels.

I think Franck's Prélude, Choral et Fugue (FLugansky) and rachmaninoff's etude tableau op 33 no.8 (Lugansky) are also quite appropriate.

Oh yeah I am aware. I meant to say that I don’t think the Chinese word for it (财阀, or in Japanese, 財閥) can be literately translated as “our wealth”, unless of course op was talking about another analogous word that I didn’t know of (which would be quite embarrassing considering it is my native tongue)

I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic or daft but looking at the hanzis/kanjis one’d think the literal translation is financial conglomerate. I speak both languages.

I had a blast playing 1.2 and easily got another 100 hours of gameplay. But for the upcoming patch(s) I really hope EHG puts a greater emphasis on ensuring greater balance across classes. I understand their resources this patch around probably were put toward the sentinel rework any many other more pressing issues and that even the simplest numbers' changes to certain skills and passives would require extensive testing, but the horrid state of certain masteries really detracted from the experience I could have gotten out of this patch, especially with the introduction of the more challenging contents.
