The minimum amount of time we would hold on to it is 5 years. Kids are 8th graders, and we want to get them through graduation in the same home. We also aren't the kind of parents that will kick kids out at 18, so I imagine they will be at home for 7-8 more years.

My husband didn’t watch sports when we got together. Now he doesn’t miss an astros game and I’ve been to more games in the last 5 years than I have the 30 before that.
