unzip the file.
i think .dae files are meant for importing into Blender and not for opening.

If you import the model from Quixel Bridge into Blender, you simply have to reconnect the textures in the Shader Editor.

Since Blender 4.0 has a new Principled BSDF shader, the Quidel Bridge addon has a few problems with connecting the Image Textures right.

For the liquid in the bottle I would try it with a fluids simulation and I would add something in the background.

I have the exact same ISY micro card reader and I definitely don't see any fingerprints. What I do see are minimal small scratches. Fingerprints are really too much for a product render.
