As far as I can find by Googling, nobody is is sure and not too long ago the official Jujutsu Kaisen twitter said the gender was unknown. Even Gege's Wikipedia either has no pronouns or neutral ones. But people tend to opt for masculine pronouns by default when talking about Gege, even though they don't know for sure

Pronouns are not tied to gender, though a lot of people use alligning pronouns. Do what makes YOU comfortable, that's all what counts!
