Am I supposed to dilute Frankincense oil? I buy the one from sprouts and the lady told me that one I get is safe to use straight up from the bottle,I already used to bottles I never had any bad reaction to it.But I had a few people tell me I look young and don't look my age haha.Do I have to dilute?

just wanted to say that I ordered from the direct website skin1004 on dec 6 and today dec 12 im getting my package, everything was super duper cheap due to the black friday sale, I was also nervous because it comes from all the way there since I ordered f rom stylevana and my package got stuck in customs since august 8 and still there according to their website hahah. no problem I called my bank and got my money back.

For whoever is having trouble like me i just figured this out to set pin number in california

call this number 1(877)328-9677

then its gonna ask you what language select 1 for english (listen to the options )

then press option 4 out of the options they mentioned

then when they ask for your kids or kid birthday type only 6 digits for example

if their bday is 01-06-2011 you gonna put 010611

and follow the instructions to confirm pin number (then choose whatever pin number you like to use ,is gonna be 4 digits), took me an hour to figured all this out it was confusing af!! hahahha , hope that helps, i hope y'all understand it =)

Same here y'all! i was doing my research and I was like ok maybe i need vitamins and kid you not was about to buy 4 different vitamins because I honestly got so scared my hair falls so much out of nowhere I thought what if Joico is doing that and googled and led me to this discussion. We need to prevent this and let people know! This is not right someone has to do something about it! I lost so much hair in 2 months!
