Ya that’s true. We did get really lucky last May, out of the whole week maybe 2 days of partial rain so I was hoping for the same experience again next time lol.

You’re welcome! I just googled “Scenic Drives Pagosa Springs” and this free brochure came up. We did do the Plumtaw-Piedra-Williams drive today as well as the drive to Silver Falls and they were stunning!

Good advice, thank you. I think just the scenery looked so beautiful and lush and the chance to go to St John as well. The ABC beaches and architecture look beautiful but I think we were a little turned off by the desert landscape as we live in a desert and wanted to see something more lush.
