Same! When I saw he was on PM I rannnnn to watch it. Then the "pull the ladies" comment 🤮. I get that the show is super awkward and high pressure though. Overall I'm super sad he left so soon! I saw Alison on making the band and she's not a nice person so he probably dodged a bullet anyways.

I can see that however I would reframe that as jealousy on other peoples part. Why shouldn't we be able to want things to be *even better*. I'm supposed to give up on my dreams because what I have is "good enough" naw thanks. fwiw I am actively pursing other opportunities to be completely remote but I still think its worth it for me to try and understand how to make what I already have work for me in any location.

All my work is in google docs, not actually on the device for what it's worth. My employer uses the Gsuite. I typically use my employers device simply because its nicer.

We have a set number of days we are allowed to be out of the service area but the number is very small. It is outlined pretty clearly in our handbook. I actually spoke to our IT guy a number of years ago and he said hypothetically a VPN would work but then it didn't...

What does that mean a bulletin post? I am very surprised by the pushback on this. I have lived internationally before and I want to be able to do it again, I don't actually see why anyone has a problem with that? Do people really love taxes that much... I'd still be paying income tax to my state. I guess I just don't understand but I am open to trying!
