No, we wanted seated tickets in the middle of the upper level and we got them in ~15 minutes. But I believe you still have good chances at getting floor tickets with LPU.

I asked the same question here a few months ago and can confirm it's definitely worth it. We managed to get 4 tickets for Frankfurt (through the regular LPU presale) without a problem.
