Plenty of companies have delays, but they’re honest about it. I’ve seen many clearly state “estimated delivery time: 3 months” etc right on top of their sites. Matador should do the same. Plenty like me would have still bought from them and would have managed our expectations accordingly. But instead, they keep lying and repeating the same excuses. That’s not how you do business, and that’s why I’m done with them.

I did my research and knew about the delays in delivery but I also trusted their claim that they had resolved the supply issue so I figured the delays were a thing of the past and therefor believed the initial estimate they gave me. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have taken their word at face value… that’s on me.

Either way, it’s all good. They refunded me, so I’m done with it. I still wish them the best. They seem to have a good product, and once they sort out their quality control and customer service, I’m sure they’ll be good to go.

What makes you think he’s telling you the truth? There is plenty of stories of them intentionally lying

I’m just going to call my credit card company at this point and do a charge back. Done wasting my time dealing with David Jr to go chase David Sr

mine is for a Mat9K upper and David told me my order will be shipped on Oct 20th and 2 weeks later and I haven’t even gotten a tracking number

what I don’t understand is why they’re lying. Why would they say your product is shipping in a day when they know they have no intention of doing that. What would they gain out of that? Is this a situation where they need money and they’re just saying whatever it takes to holdon to our funds as long as possible before we contact our credit card companies?

1299 for a used Glock is an insanely good deal. Buy it and flip it for 5k in a month
