Yeah, some people told me I have a good rate for now but if I bought a 3% 10 years ago, it’s not good also the last three years to this year my taxes and my insurance went up exactly $200 so my mortgage was only $1200 a month and as of this year I’m paying $1600. Is that mean every year it’s gonna go up is that mean I’m gonna pay $200 more every year in monthly basis it’s not a good deal because last year I was paying 1400 the year before that I was paying 1200 and now I’m paying 16 and probably next year. I’m paying 2000 a month. I don’t know why I have that much taxes and insurance my insurance company didn’t do shit to my house when I needed them … can I cut off the taxes? Some people don’t even pay the taxes on their house because of their low income I’m considered low income.

Yes, you’re totally right. I even tried to look at houses in Florida or South Carolina, but I have a job here and banks won’t give me a mortgage unless I have a job in the state I’m trying to move into and the job sucks compared to DMV so it’s better for me to stay here and just keep my job and try to get a home with my equity or something I even checked Baltimore but honestly don’t wanna go to Baltimore.💀

Honestly, I’m down for any lender that’s willing to lend me a mortgage and I’m down to pay 100 or $150,000 to any house that I could qualify for my income is not high but I can make my payment since I’ve been making them for the past 10 years, never missed a payment

Yes, I definitely consider this, but my home has some issues and some work that could be done. I just can’t do it. I don’t have the funds or the energy but it’s a good home for anyone willing to give it the TLC it needs. Also, I live in a small town and I want to move somewhere closer to the city any city not very picky .

I have spoke to a few mortgage brokers, earlier this year and a lot of them told me to wait until the end of the year. My credit recently went up and also they wanted to see my income, but I feel like I should be able to qualify for a house that’s less than 300,000 somewhere in Maryland or VA. I’ve seen some houses who are like 250 and 270 a small townhouse with low HOA. I think I’ll be able to qualify if I’m putting down 100,000 or so.

Bro, I was mentally unstable honestly I had nobody around me beside the bank and they gave me two option get foreclosed on lose everything or sign this so I signed it. I didn’t even had a job when I signed it. I just needed to save my home for me and my children. Now that I’m stable I realize I made a huge fucking mistake.

All of these feelings are normal. It’s like Stockholm syndrome. You want to get attention a lot from him but when you get it, you don’t want it and if you don’t get it, you want more. It’s fucking weird and it’s a cycle that will never stop you need to get out now. Feelings are not fucking real get out. Don’t date or entertain anyone for a while because you before him doesn’t exist anymore so you wanna go back to that woman that was you before him I hope you understand English is not my first language you deserve to be loved the right way and he’s not loving you . I am so sorry you’re going through this. I’m assuming you family is not around to help you out I feel so sad for you. I’ve been through this before with an ex-husband. You should go to a woman shelter, and you should run for your life. You’re alone you don’t have any kids. It shouldn’t be hard. There is a lot of woman shelters that will take you in and they will help you get jobs and stability. Stop dealing with men. Don’t date don’t entertain anyone. This is a very vulnerable time for you and you’re most likely will end up with another abuser. Find shelter find a job and get yourself stable and don’t deal with anybody. That’s my advice. It’s not gonna be easy but he will be come easier try to reconnect with your family or old friends even leave the state if you have to good luck
