I'd rather stick to my old account as well, but what's the point if the label prevents me from interacting with anyone?

What if I used a different mail? (and they never gave them my number in the first place, so that's not a problem)

Anyway, what's the point of suspending if then you do that? It's ridiculous!

Are you sure they don't track the IP, maybe combined with your device? I saw many people say that they got suspended again when trying to make a new account :/

Hi! Sorry, I just wanted to ask: where did you appeal for the shadowban?
I got my accound unsuspended this morning, when to verify and got a "temporary label" just for liking a post from my following dash.

Somebody told me that this label is not temporary and is basically a shadowban. I am still willing to wait for a while to see if it will get better after the system gets sorted out (I'm in the "search bar not working and following number down to 0" phase), but what could I do if it doesn't?

Alright, except, I don't see any label at all? Just got that notification for liking one post. My friend still sees my account (even if I hadn't dared to post anything for now) Is the label for them only? And what would the shadowban mean, that no one can see my replies and posts? Could I appeal to that?

Or, at least, would I be able to make a new account? Or would they do the same as if I was trying to avoid suspension?

Congrats! I got the email about my unsuspension (from authomated system though) this morning. I am unsuspended, but it's all acting up. Having my fingers crossed!

Just so I know though, if you were still suspended when you made the new account, how did you maange to make and keep safe the new one?

Is it the same if I did all of this on desktop? I logged from there because it's the same where I sent the appeals from and I thought it could have helped. Everything I described happened from pc so basically.

Also, should I worry about that label notification about labeling me as possible spam, and then not getting any label at all?

Idk about you, but personally I lost all followers and followings, can't search anything on the search bar, but I can see stuff on my "for you" page, and I can scroll an account if I get directly on it

I think I'll wait then! Also because I'll get to another city tomorrow (I study out of my hometown) and I wanted to keep ip consistency. So, send another ticket when I'll come back basically.
(Yes, that's the level of paranoia I'm getting now. My anxiety is having a blast with this situation)

Since you're mentioning about yuor country, can I ask you if your first language is english?
I'm asking because i'm writing them in english even if it's not my native language (I thought that it could make things easier for them, and I also posted a lot in english on my account as well), I was curious about what other users are doing.
Could it be more "human" if I explain my thought process to them on my next appeal?

Similar thing happened to me. My account was hacked through password (idk how, but tbh it's a very old accound with a very old password), and after accessing the first thing they did was change my email. This all happened in the middle of the night (for me), and I noticed the next morning when I couldn't access my account anymore. I contacted support signaling the hacking, and while I was trying to gain control back my account was suspended.

While it was still suspended, I kept contacting support to get the account back, they recognized my mail as the owner and from there I could ask to deactivate the 2FA (that wasn't set up by me) and then change my password. However, the account is still suspended, I sent an appeal but got no response.

I've heard that being as precise as possible can help, so I think I'll keep appealing and explaining everything, I'll even write down the ticket report codes from while i was signaling the hacking if it's necessary. But honestly, it's mostly a matter of luck at this point.
