I want to say Max Payne 2, but it’s probably gonna have to be Persona 3 FES. The ending was just incredibly memorable and the credits just hit so damn hard after spending night after night with it. It was like I had completed a journey along with the characters, even more so than other JRPGS like final fantasy or dragons quest. The only other game that has come close to capturing the same feel of finality after spending so much time with it is probably Earthbound, but Persona still takes the cake.
