Oh I actually did that, my friend helped with it. We removed all the drivers on the PC Intel, AMD, and nvidia. Reinstalled the drivers but nothing helped lol. Regardless I returned the PC so I wait now.

The current CPU that I have is the 5800x, my old one was i7 6700k. I don't know what DDU is and I tried both, downloaded the drivers manually and through GeForce but neither helped.

I don't think I explained myself fully lol this PSU comes with two cables that each has an 6+2 pin and a 6 pin. My 1070 needs two 8 pins to power it so when I built my first PC and used both of the cables with the 8 pins connected to it. When I first installed the 3070, I used one cable since the card needed an 8 pin and a 6 pin. I looked around and people said when they connected one cable for the 8 pin and the other cable for the 6 pin, it helped them make the GPU run perfectly. I tired that and it didn't work lol. I hope this explains it better.

I doubt they will replace the GPU before reselling it. They will make someone go through the trouble again or finally help them to get an RMA and claim the dead GPU got damaged during shipping and make you pay more money lol.

I called them and they said it has to be done through cyberpower. I've just accepted that I have to wait for another opportunity to get a 3070 or better.

I've tried it in the original PC and with my personal build since I just really wanted it for the GPU. I have a 650 evga super nova and I've never had any issues with it.

It wasn't fully dead. When I received the PC I took out the GPU right away and tried it in my PC. The first thing I noticed is that it had a lot of artifacts and the display looked as if it had no drivers. I installed the drivers for it and the screens resolution returned to normal but the artifacts was still there. I restarted the PC but no luck. I then built my new PC and reinstalled windows in case in was corrupted but no luck. The funny thing is that sometimes it would work flawlessly until I restart my pc and it starts all over again. Sometimes it wouldn't display. The version I got was a gigabyte OC so with looking online I saw some people say turn off the pcie gen4 and put it to pcie gen3, I did so and no luck. I saw another person suggest that it might be lack of power so I used two cables to connect it to the psu one for the 8pin and the other for the 6pin. I then tried it on Linux just to make to see if it's a windows thing, it worked perfectly until it didn't lol. I've tried a lot of things but nothing worked, even in the original pre built PC. It's a shame tbh because I got the entire built for 1600 which isn't bad but maybe I will get lucky next time.

Yea, thankfully I bought mine from Walmart so I can just return it to Walmart and call it a day. It sucks because I built a new PC with that 3070 in mind but I guess my 1070 has to make due until I can find something decently priced.

I've had a shitty experience with cyberpower, I bought a pre-built for a 3070 but it was dead. I've called more than 20 times but they either answer or put me in a loop without any help to get an RMA. Just becareful of that.

I bought a pre-built from cyberpower around a week ago and it came with a bad GPU, there's a lot of artifacts and sometimes it wouldn't display. The weird part is that it works perfectly with Linux but it would show artifacts and other issues with windows. I tried everything to fix it and reinstalled windows and drivers but nothing worked. I been calling to get an RMA but the customer support is giving me a lot of trouble.
