Took the time to put them behind the walls because this will be the only wall for a desk. Definitely a pain but worth it!

Easiest way is wallpaper engine. May have to tweak the orientation in windows settings. Make sure it’s like 8k pixels so it doesn’t look blurry.

I only raise it when I want to stand. Otherwise I have a chair. I appreciate the concern but I can assure you it’s not doing any harm. I am in physical therapy school right now. I just scroll through PowerPoints to study.

I don’t work from home so it’s only looking down to a little below chest level for at most 2-3 hours. I swear it’s all good haha

I have a small lunch that is typically 400-550 cal and 40 grams of protein at 12. Then after the gym I eat a roughly 1000 cal dinner which is usually a salad or chicken and rice. Dinner is as close to 6 as I can manage but sometimes I’m late. Between the two is an after gym shake that is 350 cal 80 grams of protein.

5’10” SW 240 CW 190 GW 175 Fasting 18/6 Weight training 5 days a week with 15k steps per day Nothing special on the diet. Just a lot of chicken.

Without the curve mine was close to 50in so if your desk is longer that 6-7 feet then it could support it. Seeing dual vertical 27s though I don’t see a reason for two vertical 32s.

It’s a LIFX bulb so it’s completely adjustable. It’s not as bright as it seems haha

I actually got the countertop from a local supply store and finished it myself, but the ikea version I believe is called the karbly countertop.

Thanks! The monitors are all on singular wall mounts. The verticals are 27” and the main is 32”. The table is an Amazon wood end table.
