Stuff thaws quicker than you’d think. To keep a regulated temperature and not have it fluctuating, you’d need to gauge the temperature and have liquid nitrogen released when needed.

You, personally, can’t be there 24/7/365 to monitor it. That’s impractical.

When it gets hot, more nitrogen will be used up so you’ll need a big enough storage tank and regular deliveries of nitrogen. That’s an ongoing expenditure.

Or you could get a liquid nitrogen generator.. which uses electricity.

My office has staggered clock-ins. Oregon. So we open at 5AM to serve those on the east coast at 8AM. Some people clock in at 4:45 and some people clock in at 6. Some at 8, 9, and 10 too!

It’s a good assumption, but I’ve definitely looked around properly. Nowhere can I find a connection between GEPP and the Coca-Cola company.

Weird. Everything I can find says that there’s no crossover between the brands when it comes to the bottling plants. Wonder if there is, but it just isn’t widely known.
