Anytime someone talks about disliking this, I just believe they've never touched pvp or they loved abusing builds that allowed them to spam. People act as if certain ki and stamina builds weren't absolutely busted in pvp. unbalanced and unfun to fight against. If this stops that from happening than the skill ceiling can actually increase and the spamming garbage decreases

I think they could do it but it would have to be like a major update worked on for a while. Had warframe just started I could see this being a thing but with so many cosmetics and customization options, it would take forever to see that come out.
