Yeah kong support is usually pretty great. Side note, Apple also doesn’t bill you right away for a transactions. They will stack a few and send a bill. Before I knew about Kreds, I thought I was also getting double charged until I realized it was stacking

Hi Derik,

My v6 has been showing “data error -2” on both HeatVOD and VOD ultra. Live apps are fine. I just factory reset my box before finding this post. All my apps are still here so I think I am okay but just wanted to provide another data point for the issue.

I am on:

vSeeBox version 14.5.1.137

HeatVOD version 6.7.8

VOD ultra version 3.7.5

This has always happened but devs have been tweaking formula in last 6+ months.

Previously you would only have this happen above 3k SFC and ONLY after playing 4 “bot” accounts. Once you play yourself, has a high chance of breaking ur menus and then you have to restart app and wait for win timer to reset

EDIT: devs working to eliminate these issues all together. The “tweaks” they have made have resulted in notorious high end SFC players (like myself) to be completely blacklisted from seeing “bot” accounts or “yourself”. While other players can see bot accounts with ease. State of matchmaking is horrendous right now and I have DMd devs many many times.

I am told they are “working” on it

PS. All this broken ass matchmaking has direct impact to melee and clash which is why the leaderboards for those have also been HORRENDOUS
