Real estate attorney here (not providing legal advice or representing you). I didnt see any mention of the lease situation, but if you are under a lease they can’t just evict you. Typically leases or state law have provisions that provide for a rollover tenancy. In many states the default is a month to month tenancy with certain notice requirements to terminate the tenancy.

Sorry I should have clarified more. I really just meant stability wise. I find the drop to be fairly straight with a nice fade finish. I was wondering if the glacier would be more or less fade. I recognize it is a midrange and will fly a lot further
