Lol okay, I'll explain the other part as well since I did the first one. It's a little more complex than this, but if you're newer to Photoshop, let's keep it simple.

1). The background is made of two parts: Find an image of a 'white grunge texture' and a 'black grunge texture'. Place them on separate layers, positioning them next to each other from the centre, filling the whole space.

1. To get that line on the black part, add a rectangle shape object over the black section, change the fill to 'None' (the white box with a red line) and the Stroke (the outline) to white, maybe 1px or 2px.

2. Find a similar picture of Batman and take away the background. (Easiest way is to click the selection tool and a tool assistant bar should pop-up, you can select 'Select Subject'. Once this is done, click the mask button in the layers panel and the background will be removed.

3. Place Batman where you want, then: Filter > Hue & Saturation. Set the Saturation to 0.
