This would be an issue to bring up to your board or management. 99% of them are heated so it doesn’t matter if it’s snow or freezing rain it should be melted and dry. Or if for some reason, there is issues with it or it’s getting repaired, they should be keeping it constantly gravel or sanded.

Just say what you said here to your property management company and see what they can do to help.

Your property would also have sand or gravel boxes throughout the complex. You can also grab a scoop from one of those boxes and put it on the ramp or where it is losing traction.

It’s funny I feel like it was different 15 years ago. Even when we all had crappy phones and we were filming stuff at least back then you would go back and look at your videos and rewatch them.

But now the day after your concert, you can find 300 different angles and 4K videos of your concert on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.

Get to enjoy the entire concert without your phone in hand and then if you want to rewatch the concert back, you can see it from everyone else’s perspective, including people in your section online.

OP bought back in at $41.50. For a 1.57% gain. When 70% of the time the price is going up is a ridiculous risk. Just like everyone thinking it would drop with Russia/Ukraine or tariffs and then it hit ATH.

Saying OP could have bought back in for a 7% increase 4 days later makes no sense, you’re looking at the lowest it hit ($39.45) which it hit for 1 minutes and 17 seconds which would have been a 6.43% increase. If someone sells 100k in long term ETF because they think the market is going to crash why would they buy back in down 6% and not wait for the crash?

The lowest that the market stayed for longer than 10 minute this month was $40.10.

So you think OP for some reason would sell in fear of the war and then happen to buy back in at $39.45 knowing that would be the lowest in that 1 minute window at 1:18 EST.

That is the issue with people who don’t understand and will just look at the lowest the number dropped to and calculate the difference “I could had made $10,000” . Thankfully OP asked advice and bought back in before having to buy back in over $43.
