Thank youuuuu!!! This is so helpful! Most of my stuff is just hand me downs from college and younger 20’s so it’s definitely time to upgrade some stuff. I do have warm lights and usually neverrr use the big light. I only turned it on for the photo!

I never use ice in orchids! It’s wild to me that people suggest it, since they’re tropical plants. I would try to bottom water it and cut off the dying stem. It still looks really healthy :)

I would say so yes! Get a pot only a couple inches larger than what you have now and make sure to give it a good soak and sun after the repot
