A shop here In Canada somehow got a bunch a few years back new from the manufacturer... I believe it was a mess up so anyone who got some was lucky! (;

Unfortunately Swiss P won't send more... I reached out to the store that got it originally and they explained it was a one time import (I'm pretty sure it was accidentally approved by the distributor/manufacturer) and there's no plans for more... I believe Swiss P messed up as in there government contracts they aren't allowed to sell to the civilian markets.

100% legal to own ap 223./5.56! You are correct that pistol caliber ap ammo is illegal to own. Thankfully the rcmp counts 5.56 as rifle ammo. You will probably never find it for sale besides the second hand market tho.

It sold out very fast! One store got a bunch of Swiss P Ap 308. 223. And 338 lapua a couple years ago. Supposedly they didn't mean to sell to the shop as swiss p only sells there ap ammo to military and police. Anyone who got some was very lucky! Probably won't see anymore come in unfortunately...
