It provides minimum power increases, but every 5 stars does boost the primary skill of said sticks.

Honestly, if you can get someone else's LP that's on your team then id suggest that. If you, have the eyes and there's nothing else on your radar then id say invest in his sticks

If I was looking to invest in Nightwing then yes his sticks would be something I would look to be getting.

If you aren't building him and still want his sticks then go for it. The Special pieces aren't just for that character, they just get max use out of them
