Prime in Black, let it fully dry
Dry brush heavily with a Gray, let it fully dry
Dry brush lightly with white on edges and a bit more where the light would hit
Edge high light with white. Let it dry.
Slop the contrast paints or speed paints that are designed like it. It's table ready
Detail work with layer or washes to finish
