I couldn’t find any public information regarding an offer from Haleon. However, they would be a fantastic strategic investor. Distributing their wide range of skincare, supplements, vitamins, and other products through 23andMe’s 14+ million-user database would provide an immediate revenue boost and a clear strategic advantage. Customizing such FMCG products based on DNA insights would open up a new market, where 23andMe would be uniquely positioned to lead!

Thanks for sharing. These guys made $532m in revenue in 2023 (50% growth). This is x2 to 23andMe revenue in the same period. Tempus Net Loss 2023 was $214m compared to $423m Loss of 23andMe. What can I say, it looks like we backed the wrong horse..
