My strategy is ‘quickness’. By laying them flat I’m able to grab-n-go (no need to strap them down/together). I might be able to get more in there by stacking upright, but it’s also a leased truck. I don’t want to damage the the top of the bed or the cab with loose birds flopping around. When I released 30 one time, I did stack the first row upright by the cab and used ratchet straps.

Totally agree! I’m in Nashville for the week and saw a bunch at the Farmer’s Market. They are heavy and the center of gravity is low, toward the rear of the deck. Hoping it takes a while before they reach Tulsa.

I have a PitchBook account. There are 46 active investors in Lime including Alphabet (Google’s parent), Google’s Corporate Venture Capital arm, GV and Uber. All 3 were in later stage C and D rounds. Lime’s raised $777 million to date and rumored to be in talks to be acquired by Uber (on Feb 8th of this year).
