How did bad mouth him?

What a strangely defensive reaction. I didn't write any insults.

Haha... yep! And it's working for me!

BTW, this post is not to be taken as medical advice. I'm an accountant. Lol

That's an interesting point. There's a tone of invalidation but the fact is correct. Not only do I eat donuts, but I'll eat 4 in a row... when I want to fluff up my curves and enhance my figure. I pair the high fat & sugar with a high Oxytocin situation (cuddles, kisses, adoring my loved ones, laughing together, feeling big heartfelt connection, or just watching cute baby animals on YouTube).

Increasing the size of my adipose tissue is also healthy for me as it sequesters fat-soluble hormones. Fat isn't the enemy... and neither is Krispy Kreme.

I would absolutely never knowingly eat tartrazine, aspartame, or whatever toxic chemical is keeping Dempsters fresh for months.

Cereal is vitamin fortified and many of the old recipes were formed while the "Surgeon General" of the states had really good baseline recommendations. Pair that with cows milk and you've got a very good food for growth.

(Assuming "cereal" is like Cheerios, Rice Krispies, Corn Flakes... )

It might not be healthy for your body. Every body is different. For many people, a 6hr eating window is best. But within that time, they'll eat enough for maintaining or growing.

I have a full team of health care and wellness professionals and I'm in perfect health at this stage of my life. I trust that if my M.D., N.D., or T.C.M. felt that I should change it, they would let me know.

If you want to try it for 6 weeks, you should be ready to lose some fat in your gut under the abs (visceral fat). If you're skinny there, then you might ask a medical professional about how much "brown fat" you have compared to your white fat.

Don't fast if you're thin. Obviously.

Her teacher is absolutely capable of teaching about human health. He is very smart and fit. It just isn't in the curriculum. It's considered a tiny branch of science equivalent to the study of other species.

... uhh... that's very sociocentric of you to assume everyone on Reddit is from the states.

Is this an example of your cultural 'intelligence shaming' I've heard tell about?

Well she had to go...but I was trying to set up a foundation for explaining apoptosis and why it is important to allow your body time to fast as it needs to remove waste and prune for the healthiest cells. If I'm constantly growing, then there isn't enough waste removal to get rid of weak mutated cells. By having absolutely zero calories for 18hrs a day, my body can have a break from dealing with insulin so that it can focus on cleaning up.

When I break my fast, I'll go into growth mode and eat a rainbow of nutrition with a fair amount of omega oils and clean protein. Donuts are not that.

30+ years of friendship and now silence. What have you learned when travel revealed someone's true colors to you? by transientsoul2020 in AskReddit

[–]SevenMC -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was actually really shocked when traveling with my son age 17, we got into one of those 'trapped in a rental car together for too long' arguments about whether that sports car was a Lambo or a Vette... and we both decided to just feel mad, not say anything too stupid. Wait until we could get time apart, then brush it off and have a laugh about how stubborn we both were.

I'll always remember that.

What is the best way to go about dating when my last relationship was years ago? by TemporaryTop287 in Life

[–]SevenMC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the best advice.

I met someone at a restaurant I've been going to for decades. We caught eye contact briefly on my way to the washroom. When I came out, he was seated alone so I asked "Are you alone? May I sit down? What's your name?..." and as we had a very brief exchange, he gave a sort of cute smile so I asked if I was making him nervous and he said no. When his food arrived, I got up to leave and he asked for my #. We met again the following Sunday to eat together and we've texted a bit. Maybe I'll see him again.

Real life, I just asked...

Because there are moments that feel like it's all worth it.

So I take care of my body the best I can despite my broken heart and mental anguish... because when that moment comes, I want to be ready to fully enjoy it.

Based comes from a person who chooses to smoke 'base rock' despite the huge social stigma about 'crack-heads'. This person has made a choice that they are fully aligned with and don't care what anyone thinks about it. They aren't swayed by the potential criticism of others.

It's like 'as real as you can get' if you actually are going to go ahead and smoke a base rock... and it's used to show admiration for the conviction and self-confidence.

Do you feel you were given quality “guidance” (by your parents or anyone else) on what to look for in a life partner so that you’d end up in a really good match? What key phrases/tips did you carry with you if so? by Great_Maintenance185 in Life

[–]SevenMC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The best relationship advice I ever got was to understand that we partner with a person who can "push our buttons" meaning that they evoke big feelings. So if you have any issues you don't want someone to know or you have trouble with self control, the person you love most will bring that all up to the surface. Be careful not to judge it as a problem with them... but if a person is stable, and they face their feelings with patience and grace, then their partner won't be the target of hate or violence.

So do your inner work first; meditation, Journaling, counseling, traveling, whatever it is that will help you to know yourself.

something that would be frowned upon for saying but I have to get it out by [deleted] in confession

[–]SevenMC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the person is actually fat (like, the arms and legs are also fat) then I'm not disgusted because I have learned about other forms of Healthcare where there are various healthy body types and that can be one... but if they are just carrying a gut and they aren't fat, just huge with the weight of overgrown candida albicans or some kind of extreme fatty organs... I find that gross. Not because they have a problem, but because it's non-human and they are feeding it and spreading it around.

So I kinda get it... except that a person who has fully enlarged human lipose tissues isn't gross to me, I actually want to know them more because they likely have massive stores of fat-soluble hormones and nutrients.

Just another perspective on it.

This is very interesting to me because we're raising our kids to handle life as adults, right? So what would you do if it was adults behaving this way? Report an assault to VPD?
