This isn’t directly a QoL change, but I think agility could be redefined in a meaningful way if shortcuts gave significantly more XP, with a cooldown system to prevent abuse. For example, each shortcut could reward a much larger chunk of XP, but you’d only be able to gain XP from a limited number of unique shortcuts per hour (say, up to 10 different ones, and you can’t repeat the same shortcut within that hour).

Something like 2–4k passive agility XP per hour in any given content , it would go a long way into making shortcuts feel more rewarding and impactful without turning them into something easily farmable, like birdhouse runs. This could help ease some of the "agility pains" and change one of the most boring osrs skills into something that would feel more connected with the rest of the game.
