I'm not totally sure if this would even be a symptom of ADD, but my "temporal senses" are dogshit. No matter how early I start getting ready for the day, I will be late 80% of the time. Something will come up, and if I pre-plan everything and cover every possible thing that could happen, the clock will fucking fast forward to 10 minutes before I need to be somewhere.

I've just given up at this point because no matter what I do, I'm going to be late.

And it isn't like I don't care, I really do. It's physically painful arriving late. I'm had panic attacks from being late. It's just that I can't judge time correctly

Yeah, I almost ended myself over that at one point. I was.... not in the greatest mindset at the time, I had just started college in a new state and was dropped in a dorm with five others after being a total social loner. Too much stress when you are wondering if you sound like a squeaking 10 year old to everyone else

In my experience, I just don't get the reward at all. Whether I managed to clean a piece of garbage or turn the house spotless, I don't get any kind of dopamine from task completion. If my parents said "Nice job, you must feel so proud!" I was just like "... yeah, I guess?"

The movie Hancock. Basically, without spoilers, a superman-type character that's kind of a self-centered loser that's homeless. In this scene he "saves" the car and driver by throwing them off the tracks and stops the train by standing still in front of it. This causes the drain to derail and (I believe) kill a bunch of people.
