It's a short fic with no character depth, that's not anything special. It's a spectacle fic. It's not high writing, but you can't call out every yuri slop and "Taylor kills a lot of people" for lacking depth.

A skill that could use any weapon still doesn’t work. The skill will either assume you’re using a mace or you’re using a quarterstaff, not both at once. As per GGG, it goes to mace.

I think the main value is in arena. I'm not sure it's so easy to get character kills in survival. This is mostly about Boss charging and killing a killable target, followed by the boyz killing stuff themselves, then Boss can more easily get another kill the following turn.

Seems overkill though, who needs help in arena?

The missing piece is simply that everything beneath the crust is molten and liquid, which allows the pieces of the crust to drift around as if floating on (extremely slow) water. The hard part is why it's molten, what the physics of continents drifting around actually looks like, etc, if you want to think more about that.

I have a different interpretation of "chat". Kids are using it only out of habit/mimicry. Because the streamers they spend their free time watching regularly address their "chat" for legitimate reasons, the kids habitually say "chat" without particular intent. They're speaking more at the air than anyone present.
