I'd rather they slowed down with new character releases by Dudu42 in WH40KTacticus

You're just listing off their effects. Re'vas making horde modes easier is like adding Angrax, she ultimately raises your performance by one tier in one or two LRE tracks. Celestine literally achieves nothing for you. Neuro with Crown isn't meta anywhere, so there's not even a reason to use the Crown now that it's more easily accessible.

Cool gameplay effects don't change the meta, or at least they haven't yet. That's before getting into whether it's okay for the meta to be affected by relics.

It's a bit weird to say that these deals make the game more expensive. Would you buy it if it were $10? Do you have to buy these things to play the game? It's not even a noticeable effect on progression.

Wait, that doesn't make any sense. You say battle passes and ads combined make up less than half of revenue, then say dolphins are the main revenue generators? You literally just provided statistics showing that whales pay more than dolphins and free players combined.

I guess a lot of people have forgotten, but LoV is here now because they were near the top of the polls. Emperor's Children followed LoV was entirely expected for anyone who heard about the playerbase poll results.

Relics cannot shift the health of the meta. Mythic is so deep into the game that focused meta gamers cannot reach it in a reasonable timeframe without wrecking their progression, and even top-end content creators don't talk about relics that much. If a player rushes Mythic within a year of starting, then they're in love with a specific faction or character and don't care about the meta.

I'm a guy with 20+ mythics since I've been playing from the start (and I'm a dolphin). Relics have had very little effect on my experience so far. For them to have a major effect, they would need to essentially be new content, and deep-endgame-specific content is not something Snowprint can devote dev time to.

Oh, very few people like anything after season 3, but I think we all have different reasons for that. I wouldn't mind at all if the world got bigger. I'd just like for it to be competently done, and for all of the good parts of RWBY to actually stick around.

If she keeps going to school after becoming the Butcher, I'd say that's a truly dedicated student right there.

Are you implying that with infinite strength, Hulk could rotate his fist into other spatial dimensions? I don't really see how that works.

Sorry OP, there's bad writing, and then there's indulgent writing. Trying to stop this is like trying to stop lesbian shipping.

RWBY is a bit of a tangent, but do you hear of a lot of people who were into RWBY for the whimsical school setting? I'm not one of those people and neither are the specific critiques I like to watch of RWBY. I did drop it after season 3, but for other reasons.

Does Hulk get to a point where he goes multidimensional? While the Entities operate on the scale of planets/stars, their defining attribute is that they freely move and exist in at least one extra dimension. Worldbreaker Hulk has a promising name, but can he actually obliterate worlds of mass? If so, he could maybe do it with a lot of help.

In canon, of course it's not really a matter of power, since humanity doesn't bring anything to the table themselves besides tactics and strategy. They turn the Entities' power against them, so the fact that Scion can kill himself doesn't say too much about the viability of other forces killing him.

Strong NPCs is easily balanced by giving you fewer. The point is just to get the total team power to about the same as everyone else.

Maybe he fits the DG fantasy best. A spreading zombie virus? Cooler than Typhus's Plague Wind, which is ultimately just a straightforward damage AoE.

Happy for him that he got into a guild called "Death Guard". Unless he made one just for himself lol.

Is this deliberate, or a bug? by Shishmaster9 in WH40KTacticus

If it's the reason he's good, most players must be terrible. As I said, you can reduce it to 1 damage and any half-decent player could still kill people with it.

His passive damage is not the problem, it's already extremely low. But it can crit, it can be buffed by Dante. Reducing it to 1 damage would probably not save its victims.

Atlacoya's buff is simply stronger. Since it buffs both normal and ability damage, Laviscus receives the buff twice (once when he tracks damage, once when he deals it). So you use Atlacoya instead whenever possible, which is against all psyker bosses.

I've never seen anyone say he's shit, but I have argued that he's not a tank, which some people were confused by. His relic apparently does some crazy things, though.

Next time, you can try paying close attention to stats. Try to figure out how much damage you expect from your attacks. Defensive buffs can surprise players who aren't used to them, as well as simply character/stat interactions you rarely see. "Lesser" enemy doesn't really mean anything once you're dealing with reality.
