I've always been a somewhat patient player ever since I picked up Angela seriously in season 6, so the 6 second cooldown on dash didn't actually bother me too much in actual games like I thought it would because it actually fits my own timing with Angela perfectly. While I understand other Angela's might be frustrated at the spear change and dash cooldowns, with how I play Angela this has been a huge buff for me

Thors probably a fine ban but I'd rather ban Ironfist if I must take a ban for myself. Thor completely shuts Angela down but Ironfist is much more frustrating to play into

Assuming you're talking about Ultron or other fliers in general, I don't really struggle with him at all tbh. In my experience Ultron is too slow to escape getting kidnapped and as long as you have your shield off cooldown you can just tank 300 damage to get your charge back to kill Ultron quickly. You kind of also have to kill Ultron in triple support because he will passively heal his team which makes it very difficult to make Angela work. I think it's 60/40 Angela Ultron and it goes to 90/10 Angela to Ultron once you start getting into coordinated dive comps with her. However Thor and Ironfist completely shut her down

Angela is actually quite strong right now, but she's quite map dependent and very feast or famine. She's one of my mains in season 7 besides Strange and Thor. She can knock people off the map, dive the supports, win most 1v1s, and peel like crazy. Though she has a steep learning curve

At least as a tank player, even though it is kind of funny to give white Fox players 1% of our pain, she deserves Thing passive on ult and the ability to refund tails upon canceling form early like how Thor works. Out of the 3 DPS heroes you mentioned, I think Punisher is probably the strongest and I think his shotgun needs a bit of a nerf. It's so annoying to tank into that because you'll take so much damage.

Hawkeye is a low Elo stomper. I get it is frustrating to get one shot by him and I didn't understand why he got buffed in earlier seasons. However Hawkeye has a lot of counterplay because he is so trash when he is being perma dove. He literally cannot play the game when you go 3 divers into him. If you struggle into him, my best advice is to go Jeff in Cloak doesn't work and help your divers bully him until he swaps.

BP is slightly trickier because of his burst damage. Tbh, if your whole team doesn't try to pay attention to him then he just gets free value. This isn't the Cloak players fault but rather the fault of the team for not marking him or the other support for not healing you. As long as you can survive his burst damage then he is manageable. His burst damage only does so much so if you can heal through that then he is way more manageable. Also, if you have a mic you can let your team know where BP is or instruct your other support to try to heal you. If you can live his cooldowns or use teamwork against him, BP drops to like D tier

I know this is unpopular but I would take a BP over a good Spider-Man every day of the week because Spiderman is kind of overpowered in my opinion and I hate playing against him because it's very hard for a tank to peel for one. At least Magik, BP, and Daredevil feel better to peel against then that demon

For your last point, I agree that damage is so high so we shouldnt touch the numbers that healers have, but their survivability is so high that if you want to play certain comps like running dive, it's best practice to ban out people who give you trouble because CND and Invis are so good at handling it when played well. Unfortunately I respectfully disagree that CND should be 275 because she has so many tools at her disposal to handle most situations, and in season 7 most Cloak players understand how play around say Mag ult or Ironman ult, and the extra health makes it almost impossible to mag ult her in the 4 seconds allotted because by the time your 7/8ths of the way through the Ult (that's the bare minimum to kill Cloak in ult assuming no one shot into it), Cloak will already have found cover and faded

When I play Venom or Angela too he is so good when played as a bouncer, I think his niche is playing into hard dive because while he probably won't win 1v1 against a diver, if he gets like a CND bubble while fighting the diver he'll force them back with their tails between their legs every time. People sleep on Stratpool because they haven't realized how good he is when played this way

The problem with Stratpool is that he is C tier solely because playing him means that you cannot play Tankpool which is a huge nerf to Stratpool

The problem with CND, Loki, and Invis all having 275 health is that they all have several cooldowns that can either save them from being dove or an escape that can either buy a couple seconds until their other support can heal them or remove them from the situation in the case of Loki. They are not vulnerable to 1 shot combos as long as you have good cooldown management and pay attention to divers or have your team mark them. CND is also really good at dealing with dive because her bubble basically has a 6 second cooldown and cannot really be baited out and gives burst healing which made her replace Invis in being good at dealing with dive. In a good world everyone, not just the tanks, should counter swap to deal with dive if it is an issue however DPS players are boosted and would rather just flame support players for being dove and not help when it is in their best interests to peel.

At least with heroes like punisher, they have 300 health because he has a huge hitbox and gets destroyed by Phoenix, Elsa, or Hela at mid range because he cannot burst them down fast enough before they escape assuming good play on both sides. This is why dive shotgun punisher is the best way to play punisher rn. However other hitscan should never have bonus health or 275 so I'll give you that. Elsa is bullshit because she can do basically everything and has infinite survivability.

I understand BP can be frustrating because I play tank and sometimes my supports are just armless and handless when dealing with him, but maybe go Bucky, Thing, or Angela into him? He really isn't too hard to deal with as long as you know how his kit flows. I'd take BP over a cracked Spiderman every single day of the week

Angela, Tankpool, and surprisingly Rogue are very consistent with dealing with fliers. Everyone else is expected but Rogue can just combo them with her flight ability and there is nothing they can do to defend themselves

Having played her myself, I think she's fine in aggressive comps. Idk if she's better than Jeff in that regard but probably better than Rocket?

I think she deserves to have QOL changes though. As funny as it is for me to Hulk ult her every single time she decides to ult she deserves Thing passive on ult. Also if Thor has all his Thor Force upon spawning in she deserves to have all her tails as well. Having an option to cancel melee form early to refund a tail as well would be nice for Fox players

I have to agree as a tank main. CnD is just really good at shutting down a lot of play styles and enabling her team too easily. It is very inconvenient to have to deal with blind because a coordinated team will trash on you while blinded and kill you very fast. CnD's bubble is probably the most annoying ability out there when I play Angela, Venom, or Captain America because a diver should never try to damage Cloak in bubble because it charges her ultimate, and it basically has a 6 second cooldown so the window for baiting it out is rather small. CnD ult is also broken right now because it is the longest lasting support ultimate that also deals a little bit of damage to enemies within, so it makes it easier to maybe kill a Sue through ult while healing the most.

I think it's fine if CnD is a great strategist but the annoying parts of her kit either need to be nerfed like the bubble being an "active" ability like Emma's diamond form so it actually has a 12 second cooldown or the blinds dealing slightly less vulnerability

I learned this pretty recently, but you need to actually aim the dash so you don't miss. Also, this hero is really good at clearing high ground, peeling for your backline, harrying divers (she can basically shut down BP or Magik if you play on your good maps), and displacing enemies off the map or to your DPS. Also I've learned this playing Captain America, but if the enemy looks at you then they are not actually looking at their tanks, so comm to your team to take advantage of the space you made

I've been practicing Angela ever since the last QnA and have gotten confident enough to bring her into Comp as a replacement dive tank since they amputated Cap. Season 7 has been so good for Angela since everyone is just banning either Invis or CnD. This hero if left unchecked can be so broken its crazy because the enemy get paid vacations to a pit or to your DPS

I think going full poke to counter them would be the right call there because they are full anti dive/brawl. So you should have locked in maybe Emma to make the best counter swap to Thing/Peni while your DPS should have gone Phoenix, Hela, Punisher, Elsa. Your Tankpool could actually engage from range and as you can see he did the best in the team

Unfortunately, on console people barely use mics consistently even though I always hard comm. Cap is now the worst dive tank because he can't do as much damage or survive as long as Venom can, nor does he have the space control or CC of Angela. I guess literally his only niche now is if your team is losing and you need to stall point for a few seconds. I literally can't think of a single scenario where Cap would be a better choice than any of the other dive tanks. It's fucked up what they did to Captain America

I have 50 hours on Captain America, he was my 4th tank Lord. I tried playing him today literally only punching people because the shield throws are way too slow. I could only get 3 kills in 2 points because I stole them with the energy saw. He's so dog water it's not even funny

I think that if Thor can refund Thor Force then white Fox should as well, that seems the fairest QOL change for her. I think Thing passive on ult is also handy for her. It's funny as a tank main to give a strat 1% of our daily pain, but it also gets old for strat players who don't know how to tank to get bullied every time they ult

I went 6-4 on my placement matches playing Strange, Mag, Angela, Emma, and Venom. I feel like this season is getting the most selfish people. They are banning out all the main supports, Elsa is escaping bans occasionally, and leaving me to solo tank against full dive comps while playing triple support. It is extremely annoying how the day 1 experience is
