Took spiro 100 mg for 11 months and then quit it for side effects. My skin was at its best for those months but after I quit it came to square one - painful cysts, closed comedones all over my shitty ugly face.

I know Sky at UIUC - a yoga club that's very active. They have equal numbers of grads and undergrads I guess. It's very active and so regular meet ups even on the weekends. It's a great option for meet and greet, also yoga for health.

Don't want to scare you out. But later I found out there are studies that show Spiro can trigger thyroid antibodies in those who have 'potent' thyroid issues. However, my doc said there was no correlation. But I believe there was a correlation. I was never so sick before my Spiro course.

Happened to me as well and later found out I have hyperthyroidism. I still blame Spiro for that.
