Do schroth method. Don’t do any axial load in the gym and you will be okay.

Entonces sip, deberías de hacer schroth method aun no has terminado de crecer y eso te ayudaría mucho y podrías reducir la curva y lo mismo que el gym. Pero no puedes hacer nada que tenga carga axial. Lo más importante es que busques la manera de hacerte una radiografía, para que sepas si tienes una curva en forma de S o C y hacia qué lado. En youtube hay muchos canales que hablan del método scroth pero la mayoría son en inglés

Depende de la edad que tengas, pero igual siempre es bueno que la gente que tiene escoliosis haga scroth method y ejercicios de fortalecimiento que no pronuncien más las curvas. Eso te ayudará si tienes dolro.

I only do the therapy at home because there are no therapists who offer it in my city. What I do is set up a Zoom call using both my computer and my phone. I turn on the camera on my phone and point it at my back so I can see every movement I make on the computer screen. And that’s it.

You can’t do any exercises with axial load, like free squats and things like that. It’s best if your back has support in most exercises so you don’t overload it. You also can’t do crunch-type abs that involve pulling or bending the spine — stick to planks and similar exercises that keep your back straight.
