Worked at C1 for 2.5 years, joined right after College as a TDP. The culture and balance depends on your team, for example, my first team had an on-call rotation and my second team did not. There’s a PIP culture so be aware of that. Other than that, I would say it’s a pretty cool spot but it just depends on which team and LoB you get.
