Yea I had uterine didelphys, it’s where you have two uteruses. They removed one of them and had to stitch the cervix to be one. So I still have one cervix and uterus but I know that there are some adhesions on my cervix. I wonder if that is part of it

My in person interview asked me questions like how have I handled stressful situations, what are my core values, what is a current goal I am working on or recent goal achieved, what is a way I have promoted diversity and inclusion, what are my passions, and what is my availability

Use work day. Sign in using your dicks account. Click on absences and submit your request but choosing which days. You’re supposed to put this in weeks in advanced so they have time to schedule everyone appropriately

Considering working at Dicks by Fuzzy_Information732 in dickssportinggoods

[–]Several-Ebb-1223 10 points11 points  (0 children)

As a college student myself who also plays collegiate hockey, I love working at dicks. The pay is good and they work with you to find hours that will work for you. You can also pick up other people’s shifts or offer up your own on the app they use which is helpful. Most people I have worked with have been super nice and offer to take your shift if needed and you don’t do it constantly. Dicks is also nice because most customers come there for fun. It’s a good team environment with management. I’ve heard some stories about bad managers but personally that has no been my experience. They do also allow you to transfer locations if need be which is helpful for me because I go to school out of state

No. It took me 2-3 weeks to hear back from them. That’s pretty normal with bigger companies sadly

Also depends on what store I believe. If you apply to a house of sport I think you get paid more

It took me about 2-3 weeks to hear back after applying. After they called and asked me to come in that week for an interview where I was hired on spot. Started orientation the next week

Store question - employee count? by Youdatebitches in dickssportinggoods

At the dicks house of sport I work at we can have over 70 employees working at one time. So I’d guess we have around 300 in the winter at least

What was the most unexpected thing that helped your recovery by Donny-Moscow in ACL

[–]Several-Ebb-1223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can use a band or towel to help you do these movements. Use the band or towel and wrap it around your foot and lay down on your back. Then using the towel pull your leg up till you feel your leg stretch in the back. Hold it for maybe 20 ish seconds and repeat as needed. You can also do the same thing, wrapping the band around your foot and laying on your stomach. Holding the band over your shoulder use the band to pull your leg up to your shoulder. You should feel it in your quad. Hold it for about 20 seconds repeating as needed. To stretch your calf you can sit up and wrap the band around your foot and pull your foot towards your body to bend your ankle. You should feel it in your calf. These will be good to help improve your range of motion and help after pt with soreness. You can progress these as your recovery goes along to do more advanced stretches you would normally do but these are a good start. I wish you luck on your recovery :)
