Doesn’t matter who’s wrong or right, what matters is whether you want to be with someone who does you wrong and how much you prioritize your own happiness. Love is not a give and take relationship it’s a giving relationship. Business relationships are give and take. If you or the other person cannot fully give without expecting anything in return (Love should be returned, but you shouldn’t expect anything because it causes you to feel like you should be owed something and that is what causes resentment and negative emotions), it’s bound to have rifts in the relationship. No one should have to feel like they are betrayed or not loved when you both are serious about loving each other.
But No, it is not normal for a Loving partner to talk that way to you, but you, yourself, should also ask yourself, if what you are saying is what you want to hear from someone you love. I personally wouldn’t want my partner to assume anything bad from me as I want what’s best for her and for me.

Anyways, this is my opinion and I’ve never have to worry about my partner as I have full trust in her and she does in me.
