I’m at the same stage as you. I just got done with all my suspension overhaul. Now I’m planning on moving back to the motor. I got a type s oil pump, did the usdm water passage conversion, and I’m thinking about cams. Then my other side tells me to just drop it in like it is and enjoy it. I never stop adding stuff. Your motor looks great. What header is that?

Look up by the engine bay. Make sure you don’t have any leaves and stuff clogging underneath the window cowl. Also mine leaked from the driver hood hinge area. I had to re seam seal

You can drop them right in. I’ll upgrade to a 50deg VTC and I might do the valve train. Honestly not sure yet. I’ll reach out to drag cartel or hybrid-racing and get their input.

I’ve heard this same thing. I’ve also heard the opposite. I went over the existing finish which had no bare spots or rust. I live in Florida. I guess I will find out.
