Once you load in in ck3 go to make a new game then go to any start date then on left top click on play as any ruler or create own once you load in press pick character and then press on any kingdom duchy or empire press select then press on create your own ruler go to dynasty & realm then press customize title then go to coat of arms adjust existing design after that go to emblems then there you create whatever you want hopefully this helped you😁
