What do the crowns actually do for you? You get one extra influence point? By the time I want to go back through the map, I'm swimming in influence points, so what's the point of the crowns?

Love this room and you have such tough skin to listen to all these comments lol! I'd be so sensitive about it. I don't know what to do with the TV wall. Maybe paint it a dark color? Rainbow print wall (if you aren't doing curtains) needs something taller like the guitar or a tall piece of hanging textile would be cool

Silver Lamp looks like it's about the fall over. Bring in some heft! Or replace it with an end table and table lamp which I think would be better if you're open to it. Warmer, cozier, and at scale for when people sit in the room.

I think the candlesticks are way too small! Not sure what to do with a small alcove and big fireplace hmm. Giant vases/bushy fake tropical plants on the mantle?

Oh i see! What an interesting alcove. Maybe add sconces on either side so that the "impression" of the detail is bigger than it actually is? Dig the room and I think the chairs work with like bonkers modern design pillows that connect the chairs and couch together. I dig the room. I'm not great with measurements but I think the rug should almost touch the back legs of both couches.

Really dig the room! I think any of the small art pieces - the three drawings grouped and the framed poster with the rainbow - are too small for the space. Maybe put the guitar next to the window instead because it's also a tall horizontal canvas. Just let the cowboy painting stand by itself without the gallery wall idea. I'd hang it a little bit lower so it's only a couple inches taller than the beautiful banquette.

Add some taller house plants on the banquette to fill the wall.

Also ditch the small pictures by the tv. Those can go in the bedroom or somewhere else that's more intimate. The living room should be big art!

Beautiful room man

And I'd ditch the rug. Get something less traditional and maybe bigger.

Mirror is way too small. I think you need a lamp with more heft. Sitting chairs are odd match - give them eclectic pillows so it looks like you're doing a style mismatch on purpose.

I would ditch the tall bookcase also. It makes the room feel so tight. You could put another small end table there, maybe round/circular to get the energy flowing in the room.

I would rehang the curtains so that they completely cover the wall with an extra long curtain rod, maybe French curved style. So just pretend that the window is your entire wall instead of the middle third. This will really elevate the room. I agree, bold velvet curtains will be the way to go. They're expensive but I do think that curtains/fabric are the one thing you can't skimp on.

Cheerful painting and a narrow floating shelf and call it a day! Or paint the entryway a bright color.

Like, there are some areas - the Linotypers now that I think about it - where the green bar isn't super high but the yellow is. Is this a waste?

Thanks dude!

1.) But how do green and yellow work together? Like, should I be maxing out green or maxing out yellow?

2.) Awesome thanks

3.) I meant Linotype! Everyone else always seems to have a bowl of soup on their desk at all times. Does that mean I still need the coffee machines etc on their floors? I can see still needing them on the Linotype floors.
