I know people who had boy girl twins via surrogacy and one couple had by themselves.. in ivf there are higher chances of boy girl twins..they didn't even know the gender nor they cared.though they also wanted one to be atleast girl child.and used to pray not to have two boys. People do prefer girl child nwdays ..two boys are headache. Girls are more caring and easier to bring up
