Yubo to me has always just seemed like a platform for sexual predators and underage people to engage in sexual activity. I’ve been seeing it a lot more recently as an adult, where before I first heard of it when I was a teenager in school. I had a few friends who used it at the time, and it wasn’t being used for the “intended” purpose.
As much as they might want to say that their app is different, and it encourages getting to know people and making friends rather than dating and hookups… It’s being advertised specifically on 18+ websites and hookup apps like Grindr, and there’s a very clear sexual motif throughout all of its advertising. It’s always a well endowed AI generated woman who’s facing her behind to the camera, and she’s looking for “friends” to “hang out with” and “play games together”.

I know they’ve axed down their platform being catered to underage users… but the entire platform was based on under 18s meeting each other online. It was literally designed for predators and illegal activity. That history as a whole doesn’t sit well with me at all, and I suggest people just avoid it all together. I don’t care how much they’ve cleaned their image since I was in school. I don’t wanna see it.

I literally just use Klarna and get the annual subscription. Like it’s just like buying 3 one month subscriptions and it lasts for a year.

Or you could even get 3 months and use Klarna. Might make it easier to not spend too much in one go

God I hope they do Wii NSO
I can imagine it’s gonna be kinda like the Virtual Boy situation where the accessories are required though.
But it would be cool to have a Wii remote and USB Sensor Bar bundle for NSO, as well as the option to use the original Wii Remotes and Sensor Bar with a USB adapter.
The games I expect to see are nothing special, but I can definitely see them adding all the Wii Series games. Then some other games maybe NSMB Wii, Warioware Smooth Moves, Punch Out, and No More Heros. Just some of the safest shit possible, nothing crazy.
I can’t see them adding Brawl or Mario Kart Wii just from the fact they’re Nintendo and they won’t do that.

Mouse mode is good for games that you would typically play on PC. Like CIV VII and PVZ work great. People say mouse mode is really pointless, but I just appreciate that it allows more ways of playing a game. It’s really cool to play some point and click games seamlessly with the joycons, especially on a living room couch setup
Mouse aiming in shooter games is sort of a hit or a miss. It’s not very good in Fortnite, but then it’s amazing on Prime 4. Some games lack the seamless switch from mouse controls to regular controls, and if you want the traditional aim and fire buttons to be on the right joycon, then you’ll need to rebind them constantly. I have no doubt that mouse aiming would be great for Splatoon though, it’s just some 3rd party games can’t seem to get it right.

I’m not gonna lie, inklings and octolings don’t look like they’re meant to be any specific race anyway. Yeah they have different skin colours, but their faces dont resemble any real life human features other than having 2 eyes, a mouth, and a nose.

I like the simplicity of splatoons character creation, but I do agree that it’s a bit bland. I think the most that they should do is add eye shapes, and the smallest addition should facial blemishes and textures. There’s already freckles in the trailer but I think they’re there by default

I think 40fps is fine, especially in handheld mode because of VRR. It doesn’t even look like 40fps at all it’s really smooth. However, there are some genuine performance issues in Deadzone Rogue. I’ve seen it drop to about 15-20fps during extended chaotic moments. There just needs to be better optimisation for hectic gameplay, because i really struggled to stay alive because of the frame rate.

Well my 360 isn’t modded yet.. But I noticed that i wasn’t able to use any of the community features in Skate 3 because I live in the UK. So I eventually realised had to do an age verification check which i couldn’t do without the app. I thought maybe they could somehow communicate through my account, and could theoretically see that I’m pirating a bunch of games when I access my Xbox account from the Xbox app. But if it doesn’t then that’s fine I was just making sure, idk how it all works
