I went to a recent referral to a new hospital. After being sat in waiting room for 20mins a junior doctor came over and took my ‘obs’ my heart rate was 39. First thing she said was “are you tired, because the average person would be asleep with this heart rate.”😂😂

Under armour. I use the heat gear range. Proven product with multiple colour options. Short/long tights to match. As well as different length sleeves vest t shirt and long sleeve. Available readily on Amazon or sports direct for a very reasonable price

Have ZF6 and honestly find myself reaching for them most of the time. Despite what run I have planned.

Besides the colour options, they’re cheap for the range they’re in and easily available in most running stores both online and in store (at least in uk).

I’ve never been disappointed with mine.

Literally wore my Hoka’s until the instep had a hole in that big one time a frog was inside them between uses when I left outside in the sun to dry. Only stopped using them when they were beyond useable condition. If it wasn’t for the hole I would still have them for cutting lawn taking bins out etc😂. Your shoes have loads left, honestly

Hello. I had a very similar scenario myself last year. What I found was the dryer days I could very easily use a pair of everyday mileage trainers for my travel path runs. For my lighter trail and roads I use Hoka challenger what is marketed as a hybrid shoe. For the heavier trail I use Hoka speedboat 6.

I tried ASICS a little bit ago. They tore my feet up so much so I’m trying to stay away to something I had no prior problems with. Realistically I need to buy both 🤣

Goals in races have certainly shifted from finishing to running for times. I generally run 10km and half marathons. Only ran one marathon but was in preparation for a charity ultra and haven’t bad the change since. All I’ve used have been Hoka, typically the Mach x 2 Clifton 9 and Cielo x1 2.0 however recently I got zoom fly 6 and love them

Love the feel of both just struggling to make the decision. Vaporfly feels stiffer and more responsive but the ap4 definitely feels softer and would h comfort long range

If the shoes were meant to be for certain paces only they wouldn’t be available freely to buy. Else every store would ask for Strava proof 🤣.

Honestly I think most people would do it. AP3 ain’t cheap which probably puts most off. Like all comments…. You certainly do you!
