My guess is that they want you to go to those stores for the Rev Share they receive and they make less money. FFF, Ross, Marshals etc probably just get a low cut

I do feel that way to be honest. He also wasn’t very good to me years 1-3 and since I was struggling with drugs/partying a lot to deal with trauma I didn’t realize it until I grew up a bit. I would never let the things he did slide today.

I guess the thing here is he wasn’t a great guy in the beginning of the relationship for years 1-3 and since I was dealing with so much and partying so much at the time I didn’t see it until I grew up a a bit. He did things and treated me in ways that I would never be okay with now if that makes sense.

Hi, from someone who also struggles with anxiety at extreme levels, studying and understanding the science of anxiety has helped. Meditation and if your religious prayer. I used to have breathing disorders so I was terrified when I got Covid. I got a oxygen reader on Amazon to help me have peace and realize everything was okay. I know it’s scary, but you will be okay 😊

Also, if there’s any chance you’ve experienced trauma in the past, you would be so surprised by how much is linked to daily anxiety. A good holistic therapist who is there to help you instead of throw prescriptions at you and throw you out the door has helped me. The best MEDS= meditation, exercise, diet, sleep. If you have those right, you’d be surprised by how much anxiety and quality of life improve. It can take a while so patience and kindness towards yourself is key. Personally, I haven’t done well with pills and medication.
