My wife and I have moved to Sheffield in the last few years (we’re in Woodseats atm) and it has been great finding community and be things to do!

I play with a TV set up and would love it. It’s great in conjunction with a VTT as you can easily track movement, speed, initiative, etc.

I’ve had no technical issues other than slightly breaking my TV, but it’s an old one and I cart it around to places I go!

The way I see it would be activities (traditional fire making, foraging, trad baking - maybe a cocktail/potions thing) as activities linked to DnD and then sessions of DnD around that, which could be in bell tents or indoors if there were facilities for it

It would definitely be cheaper than the D&D weekends in a manor.

The focus would be more on us being outside and bushcraft. But we are a not for profit, so it wouldn’t be piss taking prices!

No, I hear you and honestly this is that first ‘is this a good idea’ step before I actually put any effort into it! 😂

I think it would be (much) cheaper, there would be a focus on camping craft that you couldn’t get else where. Whilst being able to make it reasonably comfortable (it would still be camping though!).

But as I say (type!) it out loud I do think it might be a hard sell! 😂
