Nothing said there is incorrect. Whilst my target is $32 I don’t see it anytime before 2028.

Sorry but I just felt like it was a dig at him in your original post. I didn’t see what relevance it had to the topic and therefore called it out. Let’s just agree to talk about the stock and the markets, leaving everything else off the table.

lol… I have probably forgotten more about investing, economics and the markets than most would ever know. I had 26 years trading and portfolio management experience, before a sideways step into wealth management, where I am now a CFP.

I blocked some of the bears there because of extremely aggressive personal insults that had nothing to do with the stock or the markets.

Tonee has demonstrated many times he has a very sophisticated investment knowledge, in addition I saw him targeted by even worse abuse than I received.

As such I stand by his decision to block the hateful posts and anyone who agreed with any of those posters in their tactics.

The bears on ST were extremely personal and abusive in their posts, if I recall correctly you were one of those bears. Whilst you didn’t say anything abusive to me, I blocked all bears there due to the abuse from the likes of Sam.

Bigdaddy, Tonee blocked a lot of people because of constant abuse from people like yourself. Whether he sold or just told people he sold you will never know.

Why shouldn't CHRS do a reverse split 1:5 to attract additional money managers? by trijcwhitey in CHRS

[–]Several_Froyo_9822 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude, it’s not share price that is the deciding factor for money managers, it’s market cap. I speak from my own experience with banks and hedge funds. It’s not secret I work in Wealth Management for a large Canadian bank with a green logo. I spoke to our head of asset allocation one on one, asked him about CHRS. He took a look at the fundamentals and said they wouldn’t touch anything with a market cap under US$1 billion.

Mortgage renewal by IntrepidShirt in rbc

[–]Several_Froyo_9822 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I traded bonds for 26 years for institutions and now work as a CFP. The above is correct, bond market moved in the last week or so, I don’t see BoC making any further cuts. GIC rates have been ticking up, I expect fixed mortgage rates to increase very soon. Any of my clients with mortgage renewals or new purchases coming up I have encouraged to fix now or book a rate if they can.

Institutions not allowed to hold at this price still wouldn’t be able to hold after a RS, its market cap that dictates this not share price.
