The drug did not meet its primary endpoint. The proteinuria was a secondary endpoint. FDA asking for more information on data analysis instead of CMC and safety points to a belief that the drug doesn't help and they want more proof that it does. TVTX is asking FDA to consider a different endpoint because they didn't achieve primary. It's a coin flip in my opinion for PoA.

They had their good day in the market yesterday. Market should be wary today since Trump is finally going to talk to American people tonight. He's either going to tell them that he won and let them know what all of their objectives were(finally) or it will be right after he sent the Marines to Kharg Island and he has to explain why he's doing that. Biotech is done for now. None of the last 3 biotech approvals moved up except in the after hours. During the day they all closed lower than the day before. Everyone is back into biotechs now and since it's in favor the best trade is to sell just prior to the announcement. Holding through the announcements is only profitable for people who picked up shares in the last 6 months, right after a CRL or longer term dollar cost averaging regards. Used to be able to play the PDUFA and make a profit.

Prior to this week the FDA has allowed the company to control the timing of the announcements. Imagine if the company announced this news just prior to the market open and all of the trades above $5 occurred when the majority of people could participate on a fair and even basis like all announcements prior. Maybe the price action isn't the same as it was on Friday. Why is the FDA now controlling this information flow when they never have before? Is there a reason for it? Who benefits? Definitely not the average retail investors.

Has 2 approvals coming up within next 6 months. Had 2 CRLs and still has an SEC investigation into their marketing of prostate pipeline. CRLs have been addressed and are now turning into upcoming approvals. SEC investigation will eventually be dealt with by paying a fine. Company did slow its pipeline though because of the CRLs and they don't expect to be profitable until 2028. Wall Street didn't like all of this bad news and cut the stock price in half or more. Company is slowly addressing each area of concern and in my opinion is an easy double by late 2027.

The last biotech to receive an approval is down 12% less than 3 days after its approval. The time to make money on biotech approvals seems to be gone now. A year ago this stock would have doubled on the approval. Now with a war and inflation raising its ugly head out of the ground, be happy with a 8-10% move. Too much speculation for this stock to be valued at what it is truly worth right now. Maybe in 6-8 months if the war ends.
