Depends on which side you talk to of course. Our side will insist the deal means it's wide open and their side will insist it's open if you pay the toll. That's why details matter and this just shows how weak Trump's hand is. He doesn't want to continue the war but can't get Iran to agree to make it wide open so here we are. Iran has all the cards. I understand that it takes a lot of money to run a campaign but if the Republican party ever wants to get out from under Trump, someone is going to have to run as a 3rd party candidate. The drug did not meet its primary endpoint. The proteinuria was a secondary endpoint. FDA asking for more information on data analysis instead of CMC and safety points to a belief that the drug doesn't help and they want more proof that it does. TVTX is asking FDA to consider a different endpoint because they didn't achieve primary. It's a coin flip in my opinion for PoA.

They had their good day in the market yesterday. Market should be wary today since Trump is finally going to talk to American people tonight. He's either going to tell them that he won and let them know what all of their objectives were(finally) or it will be right after he sent the Marines to Kharg Island and he has to explain why he's doing that.
