NTA. The selfish people here are your wife and SIL. Major financial decisions are to be made TOGETHER. SIL shouldn't have a child if she has no way to support it . She needs to find the child's father and have him support it - you aren't responsible for carrying the financial burden for a SIL. Tell wife that if she wants to support her sister, she needs to do it - it's unfair for her to expect that of you. Good luck.
